The mission of the Tulasi Maya Memorial Cancer Relief Foundation Nepal is to beat cancer. The goal is to prevent cancer, bring about early diagnosis, and develop treatments. Every cancer patient is supported in his or her recovery and to live a full life regardless of the disease or its aftermath. GOAL To help to reduce the incidence of cancer the Himalayas and Nepal while contributing in the well- being of the people living with cancer.

WOCACA mission is to contribute towards cancer prevention and control through advocacy, campaigns, awareness, education, training, networking, counseling, screening, timely treatment and patient support among rural women and girls.

Our mission is to be the global voice of patients working toward patient empowerment and engagement, improved access to safe innovative treatment and patient centered healthcare throughout the world.

The association works by raising public awareness of the risks of the disease and the importance of prevention by performing tests for early detection. At the same time, the association constitutes a 'home' for SMG patients and their families by sharing the medical-professional knowledge that exists today and organizing professional lectures on topics important to them. The "Restraining Order" campaign is led by the "Shamir" health insurance company, which provides medical information for the benefit of the public
