April Members Meeting

The Global Colon Cancer Association holds an online monthly member meeting, bringing advocates together to connect, share ideas, and unite for our common goals. The April meeting emphasized the importance of uniting efforts to amplify the reach and impact of Colorectal Cancer advocacy and care.

DiCE’s Zorana Maravic presented with Francisco Freyria of FUTEJE on their experience of participating in the Patient Advocacy Mentorship facilitated by GCCA. Together, we are making a difference, one project, one community at a time.

Our featured HEG recipient was Niola Cancer Care Foundation, which shared their unique and innovative project Ijoya, showing how dance, a universal language, can emotionally connect with audiences and deliver critical health messages.  Their creative approach includes dance and flashmobs to spread awareness engagingly!
